I am a Level 2 Karuna Reiki Practitioner. To be honest I have participated and have been educated in many different healing methods, and Karuna Reiki has been the most powerful transcending healing experience in my career.

Karuna is Sanskrit work used in Hinduism, Buddhism and Zen. It means, “to take away the suffering of others”, a “compassionate action” so to speak. Karuna Reiki is an energy that is extended out of love to others and us. Karuna Reiki energy goes deep gently but quickly, bringing deep physical and emotional healing. It helps develop a level of understanding of our natural gifts, tapping into blocks that are preventing you from using these gifts fully, and giving you the tools to heal.

Something to note; Karuan Reiki is unique as it uses chanting. Chanting is done by myself and is used to ignite the very specific and powerful symbols used in Karuna Reiki. The chanting is done in a very meditative and quiet manner that it will bring you into an even deeper state of healing and relaxation.
