Anam Grá
You cannot “see” the soul with your physical eyes, but you can recognize familiar souls you have met in previous times. We recognize them not from the physical body they presently reside in but from the soul vibration. Have you ever met someone and thought “Oh, there you are, I have been searching and waiting for you!’ That is “Mo Anam Cara”!
The ancient Celts believed in a soul that radiates about the body. They believed each person would find “their” Anam Cara from that radiant energy. I have a friend who has been a part of my life since I was 5 and we found our Anam Cara the day we met one morning, walking to the Yellow School bus that would take us to kindergarten, and begin our journey to a life long friendship that is truly beyond friendship. Our connection was of that radiant energy, deep and ancient, spanning many lifetimes and would last this lifetime. There are those that come in for a reason, or season, and those that are for a lifetime and lifetimes before, My Anam Cara – my soul person. She makes life make sense and when we are together it is so luminous. She is gentle, kind, and so free with her love and generosity. I cannot live this lifetime without her. She will forever be my Anam Cara.Â
She’s a balance of strength and femininity. She’s a blend of silly and serious. She’s a dreamer with her feet still on the ground. The kind of person that can find the suns rays in a rainstorm. She is a once in a lifetime woman.

Inception of Circle of Three Sacred Healing
The inception of “Circle of Three Sacred Healing” came from this discovery of Mo Anam Cara the Celts spoke of, which translates to My Soul Friend. My Anam Cara moved to Vancouver in 1998 and left a hole in my heart. I knew one day life would take us on different paths but I also knew we would forever be connected. A little lost without her, with two small boys we met as a group of women many years ago all feeling like we were. a little lost, perhaps not heard and definitely looking for some kind of connection to tether us to the sacred earth. We just felt comfortable and safe when we were together. Each woman within our circle faced an event or events that would send a call to us asking for space to heal. I remember many years back, one fateful morning, it was a Friday when I was given the news I had a malignant melanoma. I chose one of these precious women to share the news with. I chose one that would hear me take the news with strength and guide me in telling the rest without fear and tears.  Saying it out loud meant it was real and I certainly didn’t want it to be real. This group of women banded together and literally held me in a circle of love the night before my surgery, bringing laughter and tears. I still have the night light each of us was gifted by one sister. She told us that it was a little light to remind me that their love and strength were always shining down on me.Â
Events just a few years ago took three of us in our group on a challenging, messy, confusing, and sometimes desperate but beautiful journey. It wasn’t that the other sisters weren’t there, however, it was a transforming time that was meant for only three. It was in this raging storm I discovered yet again my anam cara (soul friends). A connection that was felt so deep in my soul, so sacred and so healing that it literally knocked me to my knees and echoed in my bones. Our souls shifted as we released our pain, laid naked and raw before each other and each of our souls recognized that radiant light the ancient Celts spoke of. We made the connection of very old soul friends and it was powerful.
Circle of Three Sacred Healing came from the opening of souls, a shift in energy that connected three souls waiting to be recognized that was being birthed many years before in our circle of women. I realized something was being presented to me.
A circle holds us in healing light, with no beginning and no end. There is no judgment and no rules, it holds us in respect and sacred space. It’s a place of honesty, growth, change, compassion support, and love. Three souls answering an ancient call that ran so deep it could no longer be ignored. That circle became our sacred healing and loving space where we could connect, heal, rebirth, and love each other without condition. CIRCLE OF THREE SACRED HEALING – Ciorcal de ti leigheas – is very precious to me. It is my true authentic voice, my sacred magick, my passion, and my fire. My Souls’ Home. I honor these two souls who held me in my darkest moments, never leaving my side. They found me broken and lost. They gave me a sacred place to find ME and offered that circle of sacred space to heal. I honor each of them and their journey of darkness, challenge, discovery, and healing. Loving them through their dark, their pain, their light, and their strength.
The Love and sacred energy that is within Circle of Three Sacred Healing is powerful, is life-changing and is Anam Gra, Soul Love!

Every Women’s Success should be an inspiration to another. We are strongest when we cheer each other on.
There is no competition among Wild Women. They are too damned wild to be caught in a tiny space of envy. Instead, they dance together and allow the good to flow abundantly to them.
Power
“A Circle of Women may be the most powerful force known to humanity. If you have one, embrace it. If you need one, seek it. If you find one, for the love of all that is good and Holy, dive in. Hold on. Love it up. Get Naked. Let them see you. Let them hold you. Let your reluctant tears fall. Let yourself rise fierce and love gentle. You will be changed. The very fabric of your being will be altered
when women lead!
We’re led by the holy darkness of the womb.
By the urgent spark of earth’s dreams.
When women lead, progress turns in on itself,
spirals into a rose –
no more narrow arrow of industry
no more unrelenting growth.
We know we feed each other with our lives.
We know that death and birth
are both chords in this concert. We know to take only what is offered,
to practise the honourable harvest,
that Earth understands consent,
speaks in her own boundaried tongue.
We know she feels our feet as we walk,
that this kind of intimacy matters,
that our food is medicine,
that our death is also nourishment
for the soil that will feed our kin.
when women lead
we remember the great web
and we weave ourselves in.
When women lead
the world is repaired
thread by luminous thread.
