Lisa Brown

Whispered by the wind and cradled by the moon, my soul walks the liminal spaces between worlds. Rivers call my name, their rushing waters singing the songs of ancient stones. Barefoot upon the earth, I weave spells with candlelight, dance beneath the moon, and tend sacred altars that echo with the whispers of Avalon. My heart beats in rhythm with the magic of a time long past—of healing witches, Merlin’s wisdom, and the breath of dragons. Step into my world, and perhaps you’ll remember yours.

“In the Circle of Three, we honor the past, connect with the present, and transform through the power of sacred healing.”

Eclectic,  Unique, Magical and Hand Crafted

Creativity is an essential aspect of the human experience, and tapping into it can have a profound impact on our spiritual, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Whether it’s through painting, writing, singing, or crafting, creative expression allows us to connect with our inner selves, explore our thoughts and feelings, and express ourselves in unique and meaningful ways.
When we engage in creative activities, we activate the right side of our brain, which is responsible for creativity, intuition, and emotion. This allows us to access a different level of consciousness and tap into our spiritual nature. Whether we are consciously aware of it or not, creating art can be a form of meditation, allowing us to focus on the present moment and connect with something greater than ourselves.
Creativity is also a powerful tool for personal growth and self-discovery. When we create something, we put a part of ourselves into it, and the process can reveal things about ourselves that we may not have been aware of before. It can help us gain a deeper understanding of our emotions, beliefs, and values, and provide us with an outlet for self-expression.

In addition to the personal benefits, creativity can also have a positive impact on our communities and the environment. When we create art or craft items for retail, we are supporting the local economy and promoting sustainability. Handmade items are often made with environmentally friendly materials and production methods, and shopping locally reduces the carbon footprint associated with shipping products long distances.
Moreover, buying handcrafted items also allows us to support small businesses and independent artisans, who often pour their heart and soul into their creations. Each item is unique and carries with it the energy and intention of the creator, adding a special touch to our homes and lives. As I began tapping into my  creativity I began to see how it  has had  a profound impact on my  spiritual, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Engaging in creative activities can help us connect with our inner selves, explore our thoughts and feelings, and express ourselves in unique and meaningful ways. Creating and curating crafts for retail can also have a positive impact on our communities and the environment, while supporting small businesses and independent artisans. So, let us all take some time to tap into our creativity and see the magic it can bring to our lives.

The Sacred Spirit Doll

“The Spirit doll is an ancient being, familiar and beloved to many cultures around the world. I believe in the ancestral art of healing and enchantment to weave life and love into creation by making something solely by hand with materials gifted from nature and pure intention. This act of creation is not something outside of us but a natural gift to birth and weave a bridge to the source. To our ancestors and the Grandmother doll makers. Who will the grandmothers gift to you? It is always a surprise but most of all, they will gift you a friend in your spirit doll, a magical friend to walk beside you in good times and bad. A Sacred friend that is accepting and loving and will in time teach you to treat yourself in the same way.”

Dream Catchers

My curated dream catchers are more than just decorative pieces; they are imbued with the ancient tradition of capturing and filtering dreams. The history of the dream catcher dates back to the Ojibwe people, who crafted these talismans to protect sleepers from negative dreams. According to Ojibwe legend, the Spider Woman, known as Asibikaashi, took care of the children and people of the land. As the Ojibwe Nation spread to the corners of North America, it became difficult for Asibikaashi to reach all the children. Mothers and grandmothers began weaving dream catchers to protect their families, ensuring that only good dreams would pass through the web and gently slide down the feathers to the sleeper below, while bad dreams were trapped and dissipated with the first light of dawn.

Handcrafted with love and intention, each dream catcher is made using willow, moss, shells, and other gifts presented by Mother Earth. By connecting with spirit, I ensure each one-of-a-kind piece embodies a unique blend of protection and whimsy. As these beautiful creations hang in your room, they not only ward off bad dreams but also add a touch of whimsical beauty, transforming your space into a serene haven.

“Within the delicate web of a dream catcher lies the whisper of the Earth and the guidance of the Spirit, weaving a tapestry of protection and dreams that light up the night.”

Witch’s Bells of Protection

Hand Curated by Lisa

Witch bells are a type of bell traditionally used in magical practices and folklore. In many cultures, bells are believed to have protective properties, and the use of bells in witchcraft is thought to date back centuries.
In folklore, witches were believed to use bells to ward off evil spirits and negative energy, as well as to summon helpful spirits or deities. Some legends also suggest that witches used bells to communicate with one another across long distances or to cast spells and curses.
Witch’s bells are typically small and made of metal, with a loop or chain for hanging. They are often decorated with symbols or charms that are believed to enhance their magical properties, such as pentagrams, moon phases, or protective sigils.
When used in spell work, witches may ring the bells to help raise energy and focus their intentions. They may also be used in rituals to mark the beginning or end of a ceremony or to call upon specific spirits or deities.
Witch bells are typically hung in the home or in sacred spaces, such as an altar or ritual circle. Some witches also wear them as jewelry or carry them with them as a talisman.
When made, witch’s bells can feature a variety of materials and designs. They may be made of brass, silver, or other metals, and may be decorated with gemstones, feathers, or other symbolic items. Some witches may even make their own bells, imbuing them with their own unique energy and intention.

Junk Journals

Hand Curated by Lisa

Junk Journals tend to borrow ideas from the scrapbooking world.  It is natural that junk journals often become books for keeping memories, photos, cards, tags, and other bits of ephemera that remind you of friends, family and trips you may have taken. It is referred to as a Junk Journal because we use materials that usually end up in recycling bin. Examples are magazines, music sheets, book pages, patterned paper, discarded invoices, doilies, maps, paper bags, greeting cards, envelopes, to name a few. The outer book can be made from cereal boxes, old book covers, card board, bubble envelopes.

“With just my hands and a few bits and pieces, I weave together beauty and magic, creating art that speaks to the soul.”
